Paul M. Anderson is a founding partner of Anderson & Hart, P.A. Paul limits his practice to personal injury, wrongful death and workers' compensation cases. Education:

Paul is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He handles all aspects of courtroom trial work. He has tried more than two hundred-fifty personal injury and workers' compensation cases. He has also represented plaintiffs in approximately twenty-five cases at the appellate court level. Paul served as the first Tallahassee based president of The Florida Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers) in 2013–14. He currently serves as the Chair of the Workers’
Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. He served for many years
as the Section's legislative chair. He also serves on the Board of Directors of
the Florida Workers’ Advocates. Paul has been a board certified workers’ compensation
attorney since 1998. He is a member of the the Trial Law and Workers'
Compensation Sections of the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association, the
Florida Workers' Advocates, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the Capital
City Justice Association, the Tallahassee Bar Association, and the American
Association for Justice.
