Jordan Anderson is an associate attorney in Anderson & Hart, P.A., where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, and wrongful death.

Experience

Jordan is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Jordan joined Anderson & Hart after serving as the Assistant Director over the Division of Licensing for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. In that role he was responsible for regulatory oversight of licensees spanning the private security, private investigative, and recovery industries. He was also responsible for the administration of the state’s concealed weapons license program. Jordan previously implemented statewide get out the vote efforts and issue advocacy programs for national labor organizations and the Florida Democratic Party.

Professional Service

Jordan is a member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), the Florida Workers' Advocates (FWA), the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar and the Florida Bar Young Lawyer’s Division.

Jordan serves on the FWA Board of Directors and the FJA Young Lawyers Board of Directors.
