Paul
M. Anderson, Esquire - Paul.Anderson@telcove.net
Paul graduated with honors
from the Florida State University College of Law in 1987.
He is the founding shareholder of Anderson & Hart,
P.A. Paul limits his practice to serious personal injury,
workers' compensation and wrongful death cases. Paul is
admitted to practice law in all Florida courts and in
the United States District Courts for the Northern and
Middle Districts of Florida. He has tried more than two
hundred-fifty personal injury and workers' compensation
cases. Paul has been a Workers’ Compensation Board
Certified Attorney since 1998.
Paul serves as an Executive
Council member of the Florida Justice Association (formerly
the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), an Executive Council
member of the Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Section,
and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida
Workers' Advocates. Paul also is a member of the Trial
Law and Workers’ Compensation Sections of the Florida
Bar and the Tallahassee Bar Association.
Paul's most recent
lectures include the 2008 Florida Justice Association
Annual Convention (Automotive Case Law Update), the 2008
Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Board Certification
Forum (Temporary Disability Benefits) and the 2008 Florida
Workers’ Advocates Convention (Major Contributing
Cause & Apportionment). Paul’s previous lectures
include the Florida Bar Media Law Committee Reporters
Workshop (2006), the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation
Vital Signs Seminar (2006), the 2002-2005 conventions
of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the 2003-2005
conventions of the Florida Workers' Advocates, the Workers’
Compensation Research Institute’s Annual Convention
(2003) and the Southeast Builders Association Convention
(2003).

Stephen M.
Fernandez, Esquire - Stephen.Fernandez@telcove.net
Stephen M. Fernandez serves Of Counsel
to Anderson & Hart, P.A. Stephen grew up in Miami,
Florida. He attended the University of Florida in Gainesville,
Florida receiving a B.A. degree in political science with
minors in business administration and environmental science
in 2000. Stephen then attended the University of Florida,
Levin College of Law where he received his J.D. with honors
in 2003. While in law school he was a member of the U.F.
Journal of Law and Public Policy and worked part-time
for The Briggs Law Firm, a plaintiffs’ personal
injury firm in Ocala, Florida. After completing law school,
Stephen accepted a full time position with The Briggs
Law Firm where he focused his practice exclusively on
representing accident victims. He remained in Ocala until
2005 when he moved to Tallahassee to join this law firm.
Stephen is admitted to practice law
in Florida and Georgia. He is admitted to the U.S. District
Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Stephen is a member of the Trial Law Section of the Florida
Bar and the Tallahassee Bar Association. He is also an
eagle member of the Florida Justice Association and a
member of the American Association for Justice.
Stephen focuses his practice on representing
accident victims, and their families, in Florida and Georgia.
His practice areas include catastrophic injury claims,
wrongful death claims, general negligence, automobile
and trucking accidents, nursing home negligence, premises
liability, unsafe products and sexual abuse/assault claims.

Karla Hart , Esquire

Karla Hart is a shareholder at Anderson
& Hart, P.A. Karla has been practicing law since her
admission to the Florida Bar in 2004. She graduated from
Florida State University with a Bachelors Degree in 2000
and obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University
College of Law in 2004. Karla concentrates her practice
in the areas of workers’ compensation, employment
law, and family law.
Karla is admitted to practice law in
all Florida Courts and the United States District Court
for the Northern District of Florida. She is a member
of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section,
the Florida Bar Young Lawyer's Division
and the Florida Bar Trial Lawyer's Section. Karla is also
a member of the Florida Workers' Advocates, the Florida
Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial
Lawyers), and the Tallahassee Bar Association.
